In 8 days, you’ll build a internal reference point for identifying protection and pleasure and start to create space around what you’re feeling inside so more of you is available in the moment to moment experience of your life.

Each day includes a short teaching, a guided somatic practice, and a few short prompts to bring these practices to your real life. If you miss a day, just pick up where you left off. The timeline isn’t the important thing, the willingness to keep practicing is.

Q: I’m busy, how much time will this take?

This is why the practice is 10–15 minutes and built for real-life application. We’re cultivating attention and micro-shifts, not a whole life overhaul.

Q: I’ve tried so many things—what if nothing works?

Sometimes the most effective thing we can do is to actually slow down our efforts and start landing in and listening to the body. We’re rebuilding relationship with sensation and signal, so small shifts can land and compound over time.

Q: Do I need prior somatic experience?

No. This is foundational and guided.
