Private Yoga Agreements

Reservation & Rates

• Private sessions are available for individuals or groups.

• Session rates for 5 or less:
  ⌚️ 1 hour $150
  ⌚️ 90 minutes $200

  🧘🏻‍♀️ $30 for each additional person.

• Mats provided upon request.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless paid in advance via Venmo or other agreed method.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact Tulasi directly at the contact provided above.

Health & Responsibility Disclaimer
By participating in a private yoga session with Tulasi Adeva Perrin, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that yoga involves physical movement and may include stretching, breathwork, and other exercises that carry inherent risk of injury.

• I affirm that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in yoga. I have consulted with a medical professional regarding any conditions that may affect my participation.

• I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages, known or unknown, that may result from my participation.

• I hereby waive and release any claim I may have against Tulasi Adeva Perrin, her affiliates, and any property owner or host location involved in the session.

• I understand this agreement is binding for myself, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Health Considerations

• If I or anyone in my group is feeling unwell, I will notify the instructor and reschedule the session.
